Sourdough Carrot Muffins

Known as “Carrot Bombs” in our house because I am a mumbler and that is what my husband heard me say. And Carrot Bombs sound way cooler than Carrot Muffins.

*oven temp is 356 because it is converted from a Celsius temp. I’m sure 350 would work just as well

*if you have a sweeter tooth than me (most people do), feel free to increase the sugar

*you can substitute milk for the orange juice if desired
