Workout Wednesday 3/10/2021

Arms last week, abs this week! I’ll be honest and admit that one round left my abs burning pretty bad, but I then discovered that I had cut off my head in the video frame so I had to do the whole thing again. Talk about some serious ab burn!

If you have ab sliders, grab them for this workout, but if not, that’s ok too! You just need something that will allow you to slide on a hard floor; washcloths or towels work perfectly!

  3. mountain climbers

  4. arm circles

  5. single leg slides
