Workout Wednesday 1/13/2021

Happy Wednesday! This week I have a short circuit for you that has some cardio, some combined arm/leg exercises, and some ab exercises. All you need is a mat and some dumbbells. As usual, complete as few or as many rounds as feels right for you!

  1. Skip in place

  2. Squat with bicep curl

  3. Windshield wipers

  4. Shoulder L with calf raise

  5. Side to side plank
