Workout Wednesday 1/20/21
Happy Wednesday! I hope you are having a good week so far, and feeling good about your fitness as we near the end of January! This week’s mini-workout requires only a mat and a chair/bench and as always, includes a good mix of cardio, legs, arms, and abs.
Cross Jacks (modification : jumping jacks)
Calf Raises
Tricep Dips
Supermans
Tabletop Hover
