Workout Wednesday 1/6/2021
My weekly Workout Wednesday post is back! This week I have a simple mini-workout for you that consists of 5 equipment-free exercises. Each round will take approximately 3 minutes and you can complete as many or as few as you have the energy and/or time for.
1) Jumping Jacks
2) Split Jumps (substitute lunges if necessary)
3) Boxer Twists
4) Bird Dogs
5) Mountain Climbers
