Grab a pair of dumbbells and give this week’s mini-workout a try! Take your time with each exercise and focus on your form, there’s no need to rush! Try watching yourself in a mirror while completing each exercise to help yourself achieve proper form.

bicep curl to shoulder opener
weighted squat
Romanian dead lift
high to low plank combo
Do each exercise for 0:30 and complete as few or as many times as you have the time and energy for!
