Workout Wednesday 5/12/2021

Grab a pair of dumbbells and give this week’s mini-workout a try! Take your time with each exercise and focus on your form, there’s no need to rush! Try watching yourself in a mirror while completing each exercise to help yourself achieve proper form.

  1. skip in place

  2. bicep curl to shoulder opener

  3. weighted squat

  4. Romanian dead lift

  5. high to low plank combo

Do each exercise for 0:30 and complete as few or as many times as you have the time and energy for!
