Workout Wednesday 8/26/20

Where has the time gone?! I can’t believe it’s Wednesday again already! This week’s workout requires a mat, a pair of dumbbells, and a chair or bench. If you don’t have dumbbells, you can raid the cabinets for cans or water bottles!

The video will walk you through 1 round, I recommend completing 3-5 rounds depending on your fitness level. Take 0:30-1:00 rest between each round.

Mini-workout 8/26/20

0:30 calf raises

0:30 hammer curls

0:30 tabletop hover

0:30 side lunges

0:30 tricep dips

0:40 side plank (0:20 each side)

Recommended : 3-5 rounds.
