Workout Wednesday 9/16/20
This week’s workout is designed to help you work on your balance. There are only 3 different exercises, one each for arms, legs, and abs, but each one is done separately for the left and right side. The only equipment you will need is a dumbbell or two. I recommend one medium-heavy (for you) dumbbell and one light dumbbell.

10 lunge with balance extension - L
10 lunge with balance extension - R
10 side plank -L
10 side plank - R
Complete 3-5 rounds.
