Workout Wednesday 9/2/20
For this week’s workout, you will need some resistance bands. If you don’t already own a set, I can’t recommend them enough! They are a game changer for me, especially since I’ve been in physical therapy and have been introduced to a variety of new exercises with them that I clearly need to add to my weekly personal workouts! The bands help to target some muscles that are hard to target in other ways, and they are also great for working on core strength.

Mini-workout 9/2/20
20 jumping jacks
20 mini-squat tube walk
20 banded bird dog
20 banded shoulder bridge
20 clamshells (10 each side)
Recommended : 3-5 rounds.
