Workout Wednesday 9/23/20
This week I decided to create a workout focused on the Bosu Ball. Each of these exercises will help you strengthen your balance muscles as well as the targeted muscles. Be sure to take your time as you execute each exercise, proper form is much more important than high reps.
Mini-workout 9/23/20
0:30 squats
0:30 push ups
0:30 SL lunges
0:30 tricep dips
0:30 SL bridge
0:30 plank
Recommended : 3-5 rounds.
