No equipment needed for this week’s mini-workout! Just put on your workout clothes, head to a comfortable floor surface, and get ready to sweat!
These low -> high planks are no joke, especially when you do 20 in a row… The video reveals that my form isn’t perfect, but I’m working on it! I definitely find it helpful to watch my recordings to spot my weaknesses.
Mini-workout 9/30/20
30 mountain climbers
20 lunges
10 push ups
30 jumping jacks
20 low -> high plank
10 squats
Complete 3-5 rounds.
