Workout Wednesday 9/9/20
This week I’ve put together a quick little cardio workout for you. It’s a good way to get your body moving and your heart pumping without taking up too much of your day. You don’t need any equipment, just two objects you can use as floor markers for one of the exercises. (I used dumbbells, but a pair of shoes or 2 boxes of spaghetti would work just as well!)
Mini-workout 9/9/20
0:30 jumping jacks
0:30 sprinter starts
0:30 lateral quick feet
0:30 plank -> toe touches
0:30 mountain climbers
Recommended : 3-5 rounds.
