WW 7/28/21 : stability ball
This week’s mini workout utilizes a stability ball. A medium or large ball is ideal, but a smaller one can work as well. There is a balance component to two of the exercises (ball cobra and glute bridge), so be sure to take your time and strive for quality over quantity!

crunches
