WW 8/11/21 : single leg, single dumbbell

This week’s arm workout also focuses on balance training, by performing each exercise on one leg. All you need is a single dumbbell. Take your time on each exercise, focusing on keeping your core engaged and maintaining balance while also moving slowly to allow your muscles to do the work rather than momentum.

  1. SL DB pass around

  2. SL DB chop

  3. SL bicep curls

  4. SL overhead press

  5. SL tricep extensions

0:40 each exercise (0:20 each side), repeat 1-5 rounds.
