Reached a milestone this week. I am up to 3.85 miles running and feeling so good! I started this journey back in October with Gretchen Addison and she has been a great coach/running inspiration for me. Even at the beginning when I could barely run for 5 minutes without completely being out of breath, she cheered me on. I would highly recommend her as a running coach. She will make a plan and run with you through it.
