Workout Wednesday 7/29/20
For today’s mini-workout, I created a short circuit that requires very little equipment. All you need is a mat/comfortable floor surface and a chair or bench!
I took 0:05 rest between each exercise and 0:20 rest between each round.
Mini-workout 7/29/20
0:10 squat jumps
0:20 push ups
0:30 calf raises
0:40 tricep dips
0:50 lunges
0:60 plank
Complete 3-5 rounds.
