Blog Break

I hate to admit it, but I am going to have to step away from my regular weekly blog posts for a bit. I don’t know if it will be a week, a month, or more, but I am finding myself slightly overwhelmed at the moment and have decided that it would be better to take a break from blogging, rather than to keep scrambling to write last-minute posts. I’d rather be able to take my time and put out useful, well thought-out posts, than rushing and perhaps sacrificing quality.

So, hopefully there will be a few posts here and there, but for the time being there will not be a weekly Monday Minute, Wednesday Workout, or Foodie Friday. You can always follow me on Instagram (@running4thehills) to see what I am up to though!

In the meantime, email me or leave me a comment and let me know what kinds of blog posts you would like to see from me in the future! Do you like the workouts or recipes? Would you like to see product reviews? Something else? I’d love to hear your thoughts!
