In the Kitchen Episode 3 : Croutons
Salad has never been my favorite thing, but it’s a great way to get in my daily dose of veggies, so every now and then I get motivated and eat daily salads until I just can’t stand them anymore and have to take a break for a few months. A few months ago, Ava was on a salad kick, and croutons were one of the ingredients she requested. I decided to try making croutons instead of buying them. They turned out so good, I’ve started making them frequently! I started out using a stale loaf of Italian bread, but have since switched to using whole wheat ends. It turns out, whole wheat ends make super delicious croutons!
These croutons are very easy to make, and you can season them however you’d like!
