Can you believe it’s February already? This week’s mini workout doesn’t require any equipment and just a few rounds will leave you feeling accomplished!
1) Skaters
2) Lunge and hold with rotation (modification: lunges)
3) Plank with toe touches (modification: plank to downdog)
4) Glute bridge with mini march (modification: glute bridge)
5) Criss cross mountain climbers (modification : plank)
