WW 6/16/21 : left & right
I’m back! (Hopefully for awhile…) I got discouraged by my inability to use my shoulder and the frustration of trying to find exercises that I could do without aggravating it, so I stopped filming weekly workouts for a month. My shoulder is by no means better, but I had some time today and decided to stop being lazy and put together a workout that I was able to do!
LEFT & RIGHT WORKOUT
side lunges
SL bicep curls
Romanian deadlift
side crunches
SL glute bridges
Do each exercise for 0:40 (0:20 each side) and repeat for 1-5 rounds.
I am loving my new overlay in Google Meet but the video quality is sub-par so I will have to keep playing with it! I am having fun learning all these new things :)
