WW 6/23/21 : bosu ball

This week’s workout is a balance challenge for sure! I used my bosu ball to complete the workout, but if you don’t have a bosu or balance cushion you can try using a couch pillow or anything else you have around the house that you can stand on to challenge your balance.

  1. side leg lifts

  2. squats

  3. calf raises

  4. lunge with pulse

  5. diagonal toe taps

    Complete each exercise for 0:30. Do 1-5 rounds.
