WW 6/30/21: DB arm workout
This week’s mini workout is all about the arms! Grab a pair of dumbbells and give it a try. I reccomend starting with a pair of lightweight dumbbells, and then once you see how each exercise goes with lighter weight, you can decide if you’d like to sub heavier weights for some or all of the exercises.
bicep curl & press
shoulder open & close
mini squat reverse fly
mini squat tricep extension
overhead rainbow
Do each exercise for 0:30, complete 1-5 rounds.
