WW 2/9/22 : full body workout
This mini workout has a little bit of everything! Legs, arms, balance, cardio, and core. All you need is an open floor space/mat and a pair of dumbbells.
Modifications are included underneath each picture.
Complete each exercise for 30 seconds (beginner), 45 seconds (intermediate), or 60 seconds (advanced). Repeat 1-5 rounds.
To make this exercise easier, do regular squats instead of narrow/wide squats. For extra security, add a chair behind you and squat into the chair. To make this exercise more difficult, add a band above your knees, or add weight.
To make this exercise easier, do only steps 1 & 2, or only steps 3 & 4. To make this exercise more difficult, stand on one foot.
To make this exercise easier, stand on both feet. To make this exercise more difficult, close your eyes.
To make this exercise easier, do crunches or sit ups. To make this exercise more difficult, hold a light weight.
