WW 7/14/21: resistance band leg workout
This week’s mini-workout is all about the legs! These exercises are especially great for runners, but you’ll benefit whether or not you run. Grab your resistance band of choice and give it a try.

Fire hydrants L/R
Clamshells L/R
Bird dogs L/R
Complete each exercise for 40 seconds (20 seconds on each side) and do as few or as many rounds as you have the time/energy for.
