Workout Wednesday 4/28/21
This week’s mini-workout is great for runners, especially females who may have tight hips. You will need a mat and a loop-type resistance band.
1) sprinter starts L/R
2) mini squat tube walk
3) banded 3 way extension L/R
4) shoulder bridge
5) bird dog crunches L/R
Complete as few or as many rounds as you have time for!
