Whether you are trying to eat healthier, save money, or both, meal planning is a huge help! I have lots of tips and tricks that can help you navigate the grocery store, all the food choices, and create meals that are both tasty and nutritious. I don’t believe in “diets,” but I do believe in making smart choices and moderation when it comes to food!

Meal Prep

Meal prep has been a game changer for me!  Dedicating 1-2 hours in the kitchen on the weekend frees up the rest of the week so I don't have to worry about what to eat on my busy days!  No more packing lunch on my way out the door in the morning, all I have to do is grab a pre-packed box out of the fridge. 

Each box contains a nutritious meal including a carb/grain, meat/fish, and vegetables.  In the evenings, I eat a sandwich with chips & fruit because they are quick and easy and I am hungry after a long day of work and exercise.
