International Women’s Day 2024
It’s time for women to be empowered to work with their bodies instead of against them, in order to achieve greater success and happiness in everything they choose to put their mind to. And it’s time for everyone to understand and acknowledge that women are not small men!
What does it really mean when we say women need to lift heavy?
What does it really mean when we tell women they need to lift heavy? It means start with a weight that is heavy for YOU, whether that is 5 pounds or 50, and work over time to increase the weight.
4 considerations for female athletes
As Dr. Stacy Sims says, “Women are not small men.” As women, we need to approach exercise differently than men in order to gain the best results.
